That is a SUPER CUTE dress (I love Oswin's dress/personality/the whole shebang). Good find. Can you sew things with necklines like that? If I ever have a need to have a second casual-dressy dress I'd want to commission something like this with an A-line skirt. :)
Absolutely! I could totally do a neckline like that. In fact I'm hoping to sew Oswin's dress myself at some point here. Just need to find the right fabric and figure out if I'm doing it for my sister or myself.
Oswin's dress has 3/4 sleeves, so I wouldn't waste my time with that dress.
